Never wax again, with a Premium Ceeramic Coating for Cars

What if there was a product to reduce the frustrations of keeping your car clean; a product that would keep your car cleaner for longer, and would make it easier to wash? And what if this product didn’t have to be applied every 1-3 months?

Enter Ceramic Coatings.

A Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer that is applied by hand to a vehicle’s exterior. After application, the coating creates a permanent or semi-permanent bond with the vehicle’s factory paint, creating a layer of protection. Ceramic Coatings are different from traditional waxes or sealants in that the protection does not wash away or break down and does not require repeated application every few months.

What are the benefits of a Ceramic Coating?

Keeps vehicle cleaner for longer

A quality Ceramic Coating, like Feynlab Heal Plus or Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra, creates a permanent hydrophobic surface over your vehicle’s factory clear coat. This hydrophobic surface makes it more difficult for dirt, mud, and grime to bond with your car’s paint. As a result, your car stays cleaner for a longer amount of time.

Makes vehicle easier to wash

The hydrophobic surface created by a Ceramic Coating also means that when the time does come for a wash, your car will be easier to clean. Water will pick up dust or dirt and sheet off your paint.

Protects from chemical stains and etching

A Ceramic Coating is about 100 times thicker than a traditional wax. That means it provides substantially more protection than a normal sealant. The chemically resistant surface helps mitigate stains and etching caused by environmental contaminants like bird-droppings or bug-splatter. After applying a Ceramic Coating, it is still important to remove naturally acidic contaminants from your paint as quickly as possible. However, your layer of Ceramic Coating will minimize damage and help protect the factory paint and clear coat underneath.

Protects from UV damage

Another potential danger for your paint is oxidation caused by UV exposure. This results in a faded look to your paint. A Ceramic Coating is UV resistant, meaning that your paint will be protected from fading.

Enhances gloss

The ultra smooth surface that a Ceramic Coating creates enhances the reflective properties of your car’s paint. The result is that your car will really pop with gloss and shine. Especially after a fresh wash, your car’s paint will have that beautiful just-been-waxed kind of look, without having to spend time applying wax!

A long-term solution

A Ceramic Coating does all of this with just one application! Unlike a traditional wax or sealant, a Ceramic Coating does not wash away or break down and does not require repeated application every few months. After one application, your vehicle experiences all of the above benefits for up to 9 years.

Ceramic Coating Options

Because Ceramic Coatings create a permanent bond with a vehicle’s factory paint, it is necessary to fully decontaminate and correct all painted surfaces before application. Thus, a physical vehicle inspection is mandatory before we can determine the scope and pricing of the project.

What's the difference between a Ceramic Coating and a wax
Ceramic Coatings and traditional waxes or sealants serve similar purposes. Both are aimed at providing a level of protection from environmental contaminates and enhancing a vehicle’s gloss. However, a Ceramic Coating is a higher performing and more permanent solution. While a traditional wax has to be reapplied every few months, a Ceramic Coating provides multi-year protection. Learn more about the benefits of Ceramic Coatings.
Will a Ceramic Coating eliminate the danger of scratches, rock chips, and swirl marks?
No. A Ceramic Coating does not make your car bullet-proof. In fact, the scratch resistance of Ceramic Coatings is often exaggerated. While the surface of a cured Ceramic Coating is harder than a vehicle’s factory clear coat, it is still susceptible to chips and scratches. Learn more about Ceramic Coatings.
Is a Ceramic Coating an alternative to Paint Protection Film?
No. While a Ceramic Coating does provide a level of protection for your cars paint, it is no substitute for the comprehensive protection provided by a premium Paint Protection Film (otherwise known as Clear Bra). A premium Paint Protection Film is far thicker than a Ceramic Coating, and its surface is designed to self-heal from chips and scratches.
